[Vpn-help] LinkSys WRVS4400N

Has anyone been successful in connecting to the LinkSys WRVS4400N using 
the Shrew Soft VPN client?

I tried using the LinkSys howto located at 
http://www.shrew.net/support/wiki/HowtoLinksys but was unsuccessful.

I can post some screenshots of the WRVS4400N's VPN configuration section 
if that would help.
