[vpn-help] Windows 7 64bit Installer Fail

I'm running a clean install, fully patched Windows 7 64bit Enterprise.  I get an error when it tries to install the adapter piece.  Everything else has been running ok on this machine.

I've also included Windows logs of the errors and a screen shot of the installer.  Anyone else run into this?
