Hi Dave,

What is your client operating system?  Do you have a home router between 
your client PC and the Juniper?

Does the same problem exist if you upgrade to the latest Shrew VPN 
client beta (2.2.0-rc-2) available in the HEAD DEVELOPMENT section of 
the Shrew download page?
