Hi Pat,

Are both users behind the same NAT device?  You may need to enable NAT Traversal (NAT-T) for it to work. 

You may also need to configure the group on the Linksys to allow multiple concurrent logins to that group/user.

When on user is in, all is good.  If another user comes in, it knocks out the first used with the following error in the RV042 log: 
  
route to peer's client conflicts with "ips3" 72.45.251.250; releasing old connection to free the route
