Subject: Shrewsoft VPN issue with remote desktop connection using phone as modem

Hello There,
First of all, I would like to say - Thank you very much for a great software and great work. I am amazed that a open source can handle things which Cisco couldn't handle on 64-bit OS.

Today during my down and testing, I found out below issue.

I can connect to cisco vpn and a remote desktop connection using wi-fi on cable connection (comcast cable) without any issue.

So I decided to test the same connectivity using my cell phone (Cell Phone Carrier - Sprint). VPN connection works but as soon as VPN connection gets connected nothing else works - no internet access, remote desktop connection etc. There is no change in Shrewsoft VPN setting (Same setting which works on comcast cable wi-fi).

To furhter narrow down this issue. I used the Cisco software VPN version 4.5 to connect via cell phone and it works for everything. no issue. That eliminated the hardware(cell phone) of sprint carrier any restriction issue.

I did tried to find out what is the issue by changing various Shrewsoft VPN setting without any success. So I decided to pass on to great Shrewsoft support team and see what their input.

I would greatly appreciate any and all feedback to help me out for my cell phone connectivity.

Thank you.

 Bharat Patel
