The Shrew Soft installer is based on NSIS. You can use the standard /S 
switch to perform a silent install in the background which requires no 
user input. The only thing a user sees are a few quick non-interactive 
popup windows while the driver component are installed. Only the 2.1.7 
stable version or later will contain signed kernel drivers which are 
required for silent installation.
