[vpn-devel] lib/lib64 cmake

Hi,

I'm working on packaging ike for Fedora linux.
I have found that for 64bit systems, shared libraries are put
into /usr/lib directory, when it should be in /usr/lib64 directory.
Attached patch fix by possibility to pass
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR:PATH=/usr/lib64 into cmake.
