[vpn-devel] Start Menu Title Change

I agree with this too.  I have users who cannot get on the VPN because
they can't find the VPN client in the start menu.  While either I or
the user *could* change the name of the icon, it would be more
efficient and "the right thing to do" to include the letters "VPN"
somewhere in the icon name.
