Windows VPN client that allows me to either manually or programmatically change
the SPD and SADB, so I can create SAs with specific properties defined by me.
The reason why I want to do this is because I'm working in an innovation project
where we use SIP instead of IKE to negotiate and establish the SAs (yeah
innovation can be weird at times).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

I think I could use shrew for this, but I can't find how to build the
client on a Windows platform. Windows binaries are available but I need to be
able to write my own daemon using the shrew libraries. Could anyone provide
advice on how to build the client on Windows? Do I need Cygwin or other
Unix-emulation platform?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
