Hmmm, lets try these if would would please. It would be preferable if -1 
works, if not -2 will hopefully give us better results.

Its still not clear to me as to why this is happening. I wonder if the 
cisco client ( if installed ) or the Intel Pro Wireless tools is mucking 
with the route table metrics for certain types of routes. Not sure.
