[vpn-help] pulling the rug out...

A key detail that I probably should have included earlier, had I
specifically noted it, is that phase 2 isn't up when all this happens.
Today was (er, prolly is) a day lost to some spastic behavior between the
client and the server that I cannot explain.  What you see in the logfile is
the result but the client's behavior to this anomaly seemed to confound me.
The racoon.conf hasn't really changed, well it shouldn't have.

Anyway, attached is the logfile of something that would be nice to avoid if
possible.

Alright, I believe this has been corrected. Could you please try the same
scenario this build.
