Ya know, this version took care of yesterday's woes.

I haven't done a whole lot of regression with it yet, but I'm back to
getting a stable usage again.

Was there a patch for the man page that updated the generate_policy
parameter "unique" that didn't get applied to CVS?  I did have to set that
value in order to keep more than one client running.

Without the "unique" value (just "generate_policy on") the client lingers
without a phase 2 policy on the server passing DPDs and showing connected as
happy as can be.  The network counters don't increase but otherwise
everything looks fine.

Maybe I'll roll back through the old email where you mentioned the "unique"
parameter and see if I can learn more about that situation.
