[Vpn-help] packaging for mortals

I figured I'd take a stab at putting together a point'n'click package to
point people at and tried to follow the distructions in the Help.  I end up
with the hierarchy:
 
C:\Documents and Settings\peisch\Desktop\VPNInstall\
    vpn-client-1.1-release.exe
    sites\
        server.vpn
    certificates\
        ca.crt
 
I then did "Send to...  -> Compressed (zipped) Folder" and moved it to a new
machine.  I expanded the zip and the folder was recreated with the exe and
the two dirs with their respective files.  I ran the installer and things
ran like usual.  At the end neither the profile was loaded into progra~1 or
the ca.crt into certificates.
 
Does the installer check it's dir and source in the components or did I
misread the right way to do it?
