Peter,

     You make a good point. I will look into some way of obscuring this 
in the registry. This probably won't happen until 2.0 as I want the 
config entries to be more or less backwards compatible.

     As soon as I have added global Site Manager preferences, I may 
implement some sort of per-user master password scheme to encrypt 
locally stored data as well.
