Sorry, there is a bug. Its choking on the "O=Company, Inc." pair because 
the comma in the value is being treated as a delimiter. I hate writing 
text parsers :(

C=US, ST=Minnesota, L=Minneapolis, O=Company, Inc., OU=Managed Services, 
CN=cow.company.com/emailAddress=peter.eisch at company.com

This should work, looks correct and I will fix it.
