[Vpn-help] iked.exe crashes without internet connectivity

This isn't a huge deal, it didn't take me long to figure out that my
ethernet cable had weaseled it's way out of my switch, but perhaps something
a bit less drastic may be in order if iked can't find the internet.

I'm afraid I don't know what information to provide to be helpful...  All of
the logs in debug seem to be empty.
