As soon as "tunnel enabled" is presented, minimize both the Connect and
Access Manager windows.  When the session goes down, perhaps when "gateway
not responding" or any similar kind of event maximize the Connect window.

Sometimes people will aggressively keep their desktop clean by closing
windows that  they're not using.  Closing the Connect window tears down the
session -- which may not have been the intent.
