Okay, I'll admit that I don't know that it's WINS other than my abject
frustration with the protocol [sic].  Just the same, if there is a different
call that does such a thing much like there is for DNS (documented or
otherwise) wouldn't it make sense to hit them all as the topology has
changed?  If it invalidates kerberos auths, that might be bad.  I don't know
enough/any windows internals since Windows 2.  Literally, and we didn't do
IP back then.
