All,

I just posted the first 2.1.3 release candidate. This build includes 
improved packet resend logic and concludes the connection stability work 
for the 2.1.x branch. Please help test this for any bugs or regressions. 
If I don't hear any negative feedback over the next several days, this 
candidate will upgraded to a release.
