[Vpn-help] Problem in configuring in ubuntu 8.04

Hi Matthew,

After working with you separately, the fixes that you had provided worked
well. The latest beta 2.1.2 that you released is working from ubuntu 8.04
and I am able to establish ipsec tunnel with the vpn router.

Thank you for your help in providing the fixes to make it work on linux.
