So that looks like your vpn-server dont have any policy /
configuration for a client with ID/ip 255.255.255.255.

I would make sure, that the settings in the netgear tab are the same
as your local indentification string/value

    * Identifier Type = FQDN
    * Identifier = client.domain.com
