[Vpn-help] Client error network not available

Hi all
 
I have just successfully deployed the shrew VPN within our company and
it is working a treat :)
 
However one sales rep gets an error when he tried to connect of "network
not available" 
 
This is whilst he is connected to the internet. Also, I have enabled
IPSEC passthru on his home ADSL router.
 
He is also getting this same error at other locations
 
Any suggestions as to what might be wrong???
