[Vpn-help] Linksys BEFSX41

I have been trying to get this client to attach to a BEFSX41 router. I get a connection but cannot ping or otherwise get to any IP address on the host lan. 

Has anyone ever used this client with a Linksys BEFSX41 or BEFR router with success?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
