[vpn-help] Windows 7 and Shrew VPN

Hi. I've been trying to establish a VPN between SSG140 Security device and a laptop running Windows 7. I have configured Shrew VPN Client as per the documentation on the Shrew site. The tunnel gets established, but I am not able to ping any network behind the security device. I have checked the firewall for policies and there is nothing restricting it. Can some please help.
