[Vpn-help] Can't install network component

Yes, it was on a windows xp 64 bits machine. It appears that i can 
reproduce my problem every time i try to install the last unstable 
version of the client.The install freeze so i have to kill the process 
and then the uninstall won't work until you delete the oemXX.inf files.
