[Vpn-help] 100% iked.exe load debug info

Problem:
iked.exe takes 100% CPU load (or as much it can get) without doing anything

To Reproduce:

start the iked.exe service

VPN Client Version = 2.1.4, 2.1.5RC4, 2.2.0 alpha 9
Windows OS Version = Windows XP SP3

I loaded the debug file and the hole file is full of this line:

09/11/15 16:21:00 !! : hard socket error

With different times of corse but it repeats this line about 5350 times 
in a second. I saw that other people seem to have the same problem bug 
there is no debug yet. so here you have it.

I tried the 2.1.5 rc 4 and the 2.2.0 alpha 9 version too. Same error.
