[Vpn-help] VPN on 3G (WWAN) dell wireless 5530 hspa mini-card - windows seven 64b

It doesn't seem to be an MTU issue ( lowering MTU doesn't change anything ).
When I use the new windows seven drivers for this card, and the new
windows seven wwan integrated manager, the "shrew soft Lightweight"
driver doesn't install on this device and the shrew vpn software can't
establish the connection
When I use the old windows Vista drivers for this card, and the wwan
provider's manager, the "shrew soft Lightweight" driver installs
correctly on this device and the shrew vpn software establishes the
connection.
It seems to be an issue with the new Windows seven wwan card driver model
