[Vpn-help] Win7 64-bit error at install: Error 0x8004a029: Couldn't install the network component

The file I downloaded was http://www.shrew.net/download/vpn/vpn-client-2.1.5-rc-4.exe but the About screen displays "Ver 2.1.0" -- I'm not sure if that means I actually have the wrong one or if that's just how versioning is handled for the RCs? There are a few of those steps during installation and only this one fails.

I tried the 2.2.0-alpha9 just to see if that would work, and it fails on adding the vflt service through the vfilter.inf you mention with the same error. It preinstalls driver package fine, then fails on the network component, whether I use the 2.2 development branch or 2.1.5 RC4.
