[Vpn-help] Win 7 64bit & Cisco VPN - Negotiation Timeout

Hello,
I am running Win 7 64 bit and am trying to connect to works Cisco VPN. We
are given an IP, username and password. I have gotten a .pcf file and have
imported that but I still come across the same error: Negotiation Timeout.
Here is the information I have collected from the debug:
