There is a problem negotiating a phase2 IPsec SA. The details of this 
conversation is stored in the IKE Daemon log output. The IPsec log 
output only shows AH/ESP processing and PF_KEY interactions with the IKE 
daemon. You need to examine the gateway output and the IKE log output to 
find the solution.
