Holger,

Are you trying to reach 192.168.0.0/24 on the other end of the tunnel? 
If so, I don't think you have a routing issue. Have you read the post 
linked to the second Q/A in the FAQ?

If that doesn't help, try looking at the debug level log output 
generated by the IKE daemon ...
