Is
this confirmed to be a bug? Or setup related?

Not very useful, but "me too". I have to make sure that I always
disconnect before sleeping (I rarely "shutdown" my laptop) otherwise
it freezes and dies, usually with a "driver did not respond to sleep
request" type of error.

This is a new problem since the updated driver code was introduced.
The previous version merely BSODed about 1 time in 4 suspends.

Progress? I reckon so ;-)
