We tried to put 60 and 300 in the keep-alive packet rate.
It is the same.
3 hours after establishing the link, the link is broken.

Yes, increase the keep-alive packet rate in Client Tab.

If you had said the link is broken after one hour (it could have
been the default phase2 lifetime)

If it would stay for more than 8 hours, i would bet on the phase1
lifetime.
