[vpn-help] 2.15 / 2.16 beta 8 - Can't establish two VPN connections

I'm also having this issue as described by Carsten.

 

Have tried turning off UAC but issue still persists.

 

Running Windows 7 64-bit with latest patches.

 

Any ideas would be great.
