[vpn-help] can connect but no connectivity using air card under Win7 64-bit

I am running 2.1.6 beta 6 and am having connection problems using an air
card (AT&T Mercury USB card) under Windows 7 64-bit. It seems to connect
okay (I see the banner), but I can't seem to send and receive data
through the tunnel. I've attached an IKE log file - I connect at 11:08
and then manually disconnect. I try to connect again at 11:20 and lose
the connection at 11:23.
