You are sending out an IKE package but dont get an answer back. It
would be interesting, if your package arrives at the other side or
whether it get lost / dropped by your ISA firewall.

You can try to make a connection to my host (red.cubewerk.de)
Just drop me a note before you start your test so that i can watch
the network-stream.
