[vpn-help] Timeout on Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,

I'm using version 2.1.7 to connect to a Cisco IPSec server and I'm
having an annoying problem where it consistently times out at the point
of saying 'bringing up tunnel'. The weird thing is that I can get rid of
the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the Shrew Soft client.
After I do this, it seems to work fine until I next shut down and
restart Windows, at which point it stops working again. I'm using
Windows 7 64-bit.

Any suggestions? The problem isn't insurmountable, but it is annoying.
