[vpn-help] Shrew Client Disconnecting

HI Matthew,

Good day. I seem to be having disconnection problems with the
Shrewclient. I get disconnected probably8 - 10 times per day. The
message on the client would say

tunnel enabled
user authentication error <--- everytime i get disconnected this
message appears...
tunnel disabled
detached from key daemon ...
attached to key daemon ...


What could I use to diagnose this issue? Thanks a lot!
