[vpn-help] error installing 2.1.7

 Hello again,

When trying to install the newest version, the installer hangs while
trying to stop the DNS Proxy Service.  Any ideas?  I've tried stopping
and starting the service myself, etc, but it doesn't help.  I had 2.1.5
installed before.
