[vpn-help] Connecting via ShrewSoft VPN client means no LAN internet access (Windows 7 64 bit) - any advice please

Thank you for the advice.
I tried exactly as you said and it doesn't seem to work. Adding the exclude and include means I can still connect to the remote network using the VPN client but I still lose my LAN connection and internet access (i.e. I am no longer able to connect or ping another license server hosted on my local network). As soon as I disconnect from the VPN I can successfully ping the local LAN machine I need as well and connect to it straight away...
My current ipconfig (with the exclude and include you recommened previously) is:
