[vpn-help] Shrewsoft VPN client 2.1.7

Have a Windows xp home sp3 32 bit client that can't connect anymore. Used
his username and password on my pc and it connects fine to our Adtran
router. Below is what I had him do.

 

Deleted Shrewsoft, wiped it from Regedit, reloaded, entered all info through
setup, tried to start it, and again goes right to...

tunnel disabled
