[vpn-help] cannot install in Windows 7 64-bit

I'm unable to install the client software.  Every time I've tried, the
installer sits forever at the step indicating that drvcfg.exe is being
executed.  The CPU is at about 50% the entire time and I have had to kill
the process after nearly 15 minutes.  Then the software is listed among the
installed programs, so I've tried to uninstall it.  However, the same thing
happens at the step that involves drvcfg.exe.  Now I cannot uninstall.
