[vpn-help] unable to establish tunnel

To Reproduce:

 

Other clients are connecting fine except for one client yields a Network
Unavailable error when trying to connect. Other VPN clients on the machine
work fine.

 

VPN Client Version = 2.1.7

Windows OS Version = Windows XP SP3

Gateway Make/Model = Netvanta 4305

Gateway OS Version = 17.09.02.00.E
