[vpn-help] Help with VPN client 2.2.0-beta1 and svn head

Hi folks,

Two issues:

1)  In Linux, I can't compile 2.2.0 due to an "ike.socket.cpp:725:5: error:
‘adapter’ was not declared in this scope" error.  Moving to svn head fixes
this

2)  With the svn head, my previously working configuration now fails with an
error: "isakmp proposal config failed".  What is this?
