Remove these registry keys ...

HKCR "CLSID\{F2BE9143-5D0A-4a2e-9335-CEA61ED7244E}"
DeleteRegKey HKLM 
"SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\Credential 
Providers\{F2BE9143-5D0A-4a2e-9335-CEA61ED7244E}"

Delete this file ...

[system??]\libsscp.dll

Reboot your machine.
