Doesn't look like it, as the import drop-down appears to expect either a
*.vpn file (Shrew Soft Client) or a *.pcf file (Cisco client) file.  Taking
a look at the *.spd file that is a NetGear client configuration it is simply
a registry dump of all the keys and values for the client.  If the Cisco is
in the same format it would be interesting to compare the keys/values to see
if the files are indeed compatible and all I would need to do is rename the
file and import it.
