[vpn-help] Shrewsoft 2.1.7 will not silent install using /s option

Hi Allen,

I know this sounds silly, but maybe the option takes capital S (/S 
instead of /s)?

Two other questions to ask: what OS are you using and are you running 
the DOS window in Administrator mode?
