[vpn-help] Shrewsoft 2.1.7 will not silent install using /s option

I have tried and tried and tried but entering "vpn-client-2.1.7-release.exe /s" in a dos window will not silently install the vpn client. It pops up the interactive windows for the installation. Am I doing something wrong?
