[vpn-help] VPN Help

I have seen this problem listed before but I did not see a solution.

I can connect to VPN at the office but at home I cannot.  I get this message:

config loaded for site .xxx
attached to key daemon ...
peer configured
iskamp proposal configured
esp proposal configured
client configured
local id configured
remote id configured
pre-shared key configured
bringing up tunnel ...

negotiation timout occurred
tunnel disabled
detached from key daemon

I don't know how to turn on the trace utiiltty.  All it says is this:

Is there a solution to the connection problem?
