but I also did the same tests with the latest beta version (the latest on 
22nd of June).
With the same result as with stable release.

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for the detailed report!  You seem to have done a lot of work 
trying different things.

I would try using the Shrew 2.2.0 beta.  The 2.2.0 code has specific 
fixes for issues with Windows 7.  That may make a difference for you.
